The Client is an American multinational food retail franchise with operations across North & South America, the UK, Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.

The client aimed to consolidate legacy applications into Oracle ERP Cloud. Implementation across multiple countries required extracting data from manual Excel files due to some functionalities outside the system. The process involved complex transformation logic and reconciliation. Additionally, multiple modules increased the risk of redundant data, requiring extensive clean-up post-extraction from various systems.

Solution
